Care means letting someone into your home, often for a relative who can't easily speak up for themselves. Here's who we are, how we choose our carers, and the assurances behind it — put plainly.
Who we are
Phuket Senior Care is a coordinator-led service: you deal with a real person, in English, who plans the care and stays your point of contact — not a call centre or a ticket queue. We arrange in-home care across every part of the island, for residents here and for families arranging from abroad.
Our whole approach is built on being honest about what we can and can't promise — which is why you'll see us say plainly, throughout this site, that we don't guarantee response times and that nurse cover depends on availability.
Assurances
The things families rightly ask about before they trust anyone with a relative.
Every carer is interviewed in person, reference-checked, and background-checked. We match you with someone who lives near you and keep the same faces coming wherever we can.
We carry public liability and professional indemnity cover. Ask us and we'll be clear about exactly what's covered.
The safety and dignity of the people we care for comes first.
If something's wrong
If you're ever unhappy, tell us — contact [email protected] and we'll respond and put it right wherever we can. We'd always rather hear it than not.
On privacy: we collect only what we need to reply and arrange care, we store it on our own systems, and we never sell it. You can read the detail, and your rights under Thailand's PDPA, in our Privacy Policy.
