Care · Clinical & recovery
A closer eye on how things are — general wellbeing, medication, and the signs worth watching — so changes are caught early and family stays informed. With a registered nurse's involvement when one is available, coordinated in English.
What's included
Regular checks on general wellbeing and how someone's doing day to day
Keeping an eye on medication — that it's taken, and on time
Watching for changes worth acting on, and flagging them early
Simple wellbeing and vital-sign checks, where appropriate
Clear notes and updates for family and, where helpful, doctors
A registered nurse's oversight when one is available
Who it's for
Monitoring suits someone managing a long-term condition, or a family who wants steady eyes on a parent between doctor's visits — catching the small changes before they become big ones. It's reassurance, and an early-warning system, rather than treatment.
For family abroad, it's often the difference between worrying in the dark and getting a straight, regular picture of how things really are.
