Phuket Senior Care arranges and provides in-home senior care across Phuket — everyday help, companionship, and health and recovery support. Registered-nurse care is offered only when a registered nurse is available; we never guarantee it in advance.

2. Enquiries and response times

We respond to enquiries as soon as we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee a response time. The availability shown on the site reflects our honest read at that moment — it is not a commitment.

3. Quotes and payment

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting rates. Your actual quote depends on the care and the hours needed, and is confirmed with you before care begins.

4. Your responsibilities

To care well, we rely on the information you give us being accurate and kept up to date — including relevant health, medication and access details.

5. Liability

We provide our service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Complaints

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
